The
Foundation Foxtrotter Heritage Association is proud to present
for your consideration the following horses. FFHA registered horses
will be noted by being framed. All other horses will be frameless.
DISCLAIMER!
Horses presented here have not been inspected by the FFHA or it's
officers. All information regarding these horses is strictly based
upon the information provided by sellers and is the sole responsibility
to represent the animals honestly. The FFHA and it's officers
are not responsible for the reliability or authenticity of any
claims or descriptions of listed animals.
RULES
FOR LISTING
Sellers must include
up to 3 photos of each horse listed. Seller must provide text
of up to 300 words describing each horse to include:
Size, Age, Price,
Full name, Registration Number (if applicable) FFHA number (if
applicable) Abilities, training level, energy level, experience
level needed, any flaws, blemishes, faults, lameness or behavior
issues.
All ads must contain
sellers full name, telephone number, email address ( where applicable)
and the city and state of residence.
Fees must be paid
in advance. All ads shall run from JULY to JUNE to include one
full 12 month year. There will be no pro-rated fees or refunds.
Seller agrees to immediately notify the FFHA of all sales so we
can mark the horse as sold on the list. Seller agrees to notify
the FFHA immediately if a horse is taken off the market.
Seller testifies
he/she is the rightful owner of any horse presented to this list
and further assures he/she has the legal right to offer said horse
for sale. Seller also atests that all information submitted regarding
each horse offered is true and accurate and that no faults, defects,
or behavior problems have been omitted.
FEES
All
fees are for one full 12 month period
FFHA
registered horses offered for sale by current members in good
standing...........NO FEE!
FFHA
registered horses offered for sale by non-members........................................................20.00
Non
FFHA registered horses offered by members in good standing.....................................18.00
Non
FFHA registred horses offered by non-members................................................................25.00
Multiple
horse discounts as follows:
Members in good standing...every third non FFHA
registered horse..........................20% discount
Non-members...every third FFHA registered horse........................................................10%
discount
Non-members..selling non-registered horses shall
receive no multiple horse discount.
